ABOUT US:
For over 40 years, Nopak Canada Inc has been manufacturing and distributing pneumatic and hydraulic fluid power products.
We pride ourselves on producing and distributing quality products and on providing the service our customers have come to rely on.
During that 40 years, we have grown our customer base across Canada as well as internationally. Our customers include large and small, public, private companies and government agencies. Sectors served include: food and beverage, agriculture, mining, healthcare, transport, energy and construction.
We manufacture and distribute standard, as well as custom cylinders and valves designed to meet the changing needs of our customers.

and our community (our customers, our suppliers, and our community) very seriously.
People
As an employer, we are committed to providing an environment in which our employees feel motivated and appreciated. From staff barbeque lunches to our annual holiday get-together, to pop and treats, to inspirational quotes, benefits and time-off, our goal is to create a workplace where people feel valued and inspired.
Planet
We are committed to making a difference through our sustainability efforts which include environmental waste disposal (from kitchen composting to technology recycling to shopping by-product waste management), lowering our use of electricity (lighting and HVAC), and working with local businesses to obtain materials that can be reused as shipping and packing material. In addition, we support staff environmental efforts, which include Earth Day clean-up and Earth Hour participation. We recently joined Sustainable Waterloo Region, and look forward to working with them to meet our sustainability goals.
Prosperity
We believe that when everyone works together, everyone prospers, and relationships and innovation are key to that prosperity. We are committed to our customers - direct and distributors - and to gaining a deep understanding of their needs in order to find the right solution. We are committed to our suppliers - working together to build relationships that ultimately support
our customers by providing innovative products. We are committed to our community through donations (time, dollars and items) and to being a
good local corporate citizen.
The Future...
As it was for everyone, 2020 was a different year than we had planned. As an essential manufacturer, we were able to stay open and to keep our dedicated staff employed. 2021 and 2022 were building years for Nopak Canada Inc. We transitioned to a new leadership team, brought on some new and innovative product lines, added new customers and moved staff into different roles to suit our customers' needs and our long term goals. As we look to 2023 and beyond, we continue to look forward to the future, one that we see as exciting for our company and our industry.
